Delivery & Shipment
Elegance Bazar orders are delivered all over Egypt to our customers from Sunday to Thursday between 10 am to 6 pm. After successfully placing your order, our customer service will conduct a verification process by call/SMS, then you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 7 business days.
Shipment Fees
The shipping fee is fixed to all governorates of Egypt, 50 EGP.
The order is expected to arrive within 2 to 7 working days.
You can open the package and check the order before signing for receipt.
Weekend orders
Orders placed during the weekend or official holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Order Cancellation
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to your order. We can’t cancel an order once it’s out for delivery.
